Where It All Began
Dr.Rajan Kamat Haldonkar (Obstetrics & Gynecology) & Dr .Alka Kamat Haldonkar ( TB & Chest diseases started their clinical OPD practice in Margao-Goa in the 1979 & 1987 respectively.
To meet the needs of quality healthcare and inpatient facilities at affordable prices they ventured into hospital services.
Smt.Laxmibai Kamat Haldonkar Memorail –MotherCare Hospital commenced its operations in the 1993. A mother’s love, Caring and her sacrifices imbibed the values in the Management of the hospital.
In the year 2010, Chikitsa Medical Services (Since 2001) took over the operations .New Facilities were added, keeping in tune with the changing times MotherCare Hospital was transformed into a Multi-specialty setup.
